After the brouhaha that surrounded the grand finale of the “I’m in
love with Bomaye” show. the general public demanded an explanation from
access media productions, the producers of the show and yesterday, they
released a press statement. The release is published unedited below.
Access Media Productions ,the producers of the “I’m in
love with Bomaye” reality show wish to make it publicalyy known that we
totally disassociate ourselves from the unfortunate drama that unfolded
on Sunday 19th of August 2012 at the Grand Mensvic Hotel during the
Grand Finale of the “Am in love with Bomaye” reality television show.
Few hours after the grand finale, our audience started bombarding us
with accusations of manipulating the final decision on all social media
platforms. It is rather unfortunate that the “King” Alex Biney failed to
abide by the reality shows rules and declared his love for Promise
Okasa, aka Promzy, the contestant that was evicted that very evening
being the contestant with the lowest vote, and dismissed the 3 finalists
that were on stage at the time.
What this means is that the Grand Finale was inconclusive because a
legitimate selection of the finalist candidates available was not
made.We wish to apologize to the three finalists, and wish to hereby
state that preparations are underway to compensate the three final
maidens.
